Waste Disposal Unit (WDU) kits and prices
Type of Kits
CREATE can supply WDU as a kit of dismantled components which can be transported on to the site and assembled easily with the help of "Guidelines on How to Construct, Use and Maintain a Waste Disposal Unit". Availability and quality of local material as well as skills differ from place to place; hence different packages are on offer as detailed below.
Kit-I Metallic Components of Incinerator including Chimney Stack Pieces and Temperature Indicator Assembly
Kit-II Kit I + Shelter (including roofing sheets)
Kit-III Kit I + Kit II + Refractory Bricks and Refractory Cement for one incinerator unit
Kit-IV Operators safety equipment, tools (including as rake, scales, protective clothing etc) and spare parts for two years operation (two chimney sections, draft control valve, grate, temperature sensor and guage)
Kit-V Kit III + Kit IV

Delivery Schedule:
Please allow minimum three weeks for shipment after a commercially clear
purchase order is received. This is applicable to the purchase order size of 4
kits maximum or less than that. The delivery period will change in proportion
to size of order and the Kit type.
Quantity
Discount
Orders of more than 10 kits can avail quantity discounts.
For specific quantities, enquiries may be sent
directly to the supplier.
Warranty:
We provide limited ex-works warranty of 5 years from the date of shipment on
all the metal parts against manufacturing defects and corrosion.
